Oh what a week….
Last week marked our 3rd Annual HTS Olympics (which had been put on hold since 2020) highlighting the importance of Employee Engagement, Teamwork and Health & Wellbeing.
With our Employee Engagement Partner Charlotte took the lead in organising the weeks activities with our Health Champions playing a vital role in coordinating teams and the individual events.
The events were:
Day 1 – Darts
Day 2 – Netball
Day 3 – Football
Day 4 – Bowling
Throughout the week the four teams (Repairs and Maintenance, Environment, Business Support and Jewsons Partnership Solutions) went head to head in all the events with points awarded. With the first and second place going to different teams in the first two days it as anyone’s guess who might take the overall Champions Title.
We finished the events on a high with Bowling on Friday Evening Harlow Bowl including an award ceremony where we announced the overall winners.
We are pleased to announce the HTS Olympic Champions 2023 were our Repairs & Maintenance Team, which was very well deserved indeed especially after their performance in the Darts and Football 🏆
Everyone’s enthusiasm for a week of teamwork and sporting fun was superb, proving how much can be achieved when our teams work together and support each other.
