As we embark on a new year, let’s pause to celebrate our accomplishments in 2023.
Highlights include:
⭐️ Successful implementation of our new internal system, providing every employee access to managing their personal information, payslips, holiday bookings, internal announcements and lots more.
⭐️ In partnership with Harlow Council we have reduced the housing repairs backlogs by 90%.
⭐️ Change Management across our whole Environmental Teams, involving 180 staff, driving continuous improvement, strengthening our commitment to the Environment and “Restoring Pride in Harlow”.
⭐️ Introducing a new Expenses System, to streamline our processes.
⭐️Exceeding our Void turnaround time target by 1 day.
