Prior to letting any property, the HTS team ensure that a thorough survey has been carried out and all remediation works are carried to the highest standard. We employ a multi-skilled workforce dedicated to carrying out repairs and maintenance.

Our in-house operatives are fully qualified in their field of expertise to ensure every property has a valid Gas Safe and Electric Certificate before it is let, ensuring the property is safe and secure for our tenants.

Whilst HTS (H&R) Ltd. provides well maintained properties to tenants, they also have a responsibility to look after the properties we provide. To help assist with this we organise regular meetings with our tenants and carry out periodic checks on the property.
