HTS Group Ltd is a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo) wholly owned by Harlow Council who is the 100% shareholder of the Company. We provide a range of environmental and property maintenance services. We deliver housing repairs, maintenance, facilities management, environmental and waste services, compliance, capital and planned works to Harlow’s residents, leaseholders and organisations within the community.
