The Company’s mission is to deliver mixed use housing, maximising socially rented homes for use in housing those on the Housing Needs Register and to reduce dependency on private sector providers of high cost temporary accommodation.

HTS (H&R) Ltd. will achieve this by supplementing and meeting demands for social, affordable and market rent properties by effectively intervening directly in the local housing market.
