Kudos to our vigilant cleaning team Clare and Karen who noticed that a communal fire alarm was out of order in one of the flat blocks they look after. Ensuring safety for our staff, tenants and visitors to the block they used our See IT, Sort IT Report IT procedure.
Other items that have been reported recently include Broken Glass at the Bus Station, an Airgun was found hidden in bushes, issues with lighting at our depot, broken manhole covers and banisters coming away from a wall.
