Our Interim Managing Director David Morrissey joined our Carpentry Team this morning. He was pleased to observe our swift response to a priority repair and commended Luke for his outstanding work.

We received a call from a remarkable elderly resident this morning, proudly sharing she’ll turn 100 on Boxing Day. She had reached out to our repairs team regarding an issue with her back door. As a wheelchair user, this entrance is crucial for her and the situation was causing distress.

Our operative responded to the call with urgency and resolved the issue within 90 minutes of the the call. Luke went above and beyond for this customer, addressing a separate problem with the front door and scheduling an additional call out for further assistance.
