At HTS we love having new Aprentices joining us on their career journey, from Accountancy to Electricians and everything inbetween.
Max and Conor pictured joined us in December 2022 and work alongside highly skilled electricians learning the trade and putting into practice all they have learnt at Harlow College.
They both said “it is great to put our skills into real life situations, at college the electrics we work with are all neat and tidy but in real life it’s not always like that so we have to adapt”
When they joined us instead of proving them with a toolkit each their mentor Jackie took them to Jewson Partnership Solutions to choose their tools explaining the importance of choosing the right ones for the job they do taking into account Health & Safety requirements.
