HTS supported St Clare Hospice in showcasing their services in the local community by inviting a small group of local businesses and Harlow Council Chair Clive Souter for an informal picnic lunch and tour of the hospice.

St Clare Hospice is our employees charity of choice and our staff having raised £20K+ over the last couple of years, Managing Director John Phillips on behalf of HTS said ‘it was good for other company’s to see the fantastic care and work that is happening at the hospice.

All in the hope that other businesses will forge fundraising relations with the hospice which as the Chief executive Sarah Thompson informed the group, their palliative care (end of life), day therapy, bereavement counselling and hospice at home services’. ‘costs circa £5.5M’ to run with 39% funded and the rest coming from the fundraising and shops that St Clare have and the local community and businesses fundraising.
