HTS will be providing a daily website update on our services during the current Coronavirus outbreak.

We are currently providing a full service to our tenants and residents of Harlow, and working under any government guidelines, however, this may change dependent on the daily updates that are issued by the government.

Please note that our flat block cleaning teams will also be focusing on the cleaning of handrails, push plates, door handles, door glass, door entrance pads.

We recognise that you may have concerns about our employees entering your property to carry out works, and for your protection we are monitoring our staff under the government guidelines and if any of our employees are experiencing any of the symptoms outlined on the government website . i.e. a continuous persistent cough or raised temperature.

In addition, and under a duty of care for our tenants and employees, if you have a pre-booked appointment either our HTS Customer Services team will speak with you or an operative will ask you the following questions:

  1. Do you or any of your household members have symptoms, that may include a continuous persistent cough and/or a raised temperature or currently in self-isolation?
  2. Do you have any chronic condition or are you over 70?

If the answer to question 1 is yes, then you will be advised that we will be re-scheduling your appointment.

If the answer is yes to question 2, again we would need to re-schedule your appointment as you may be considered to be in the higher risk category.
