Celebrating a successful Pilot
This morning we invited Nicola Purse (Cabinet Member and Portfolio Holder for Environment) and Michael Pitt (Assistant Director for Environment) from Harlow Council to talk to our Gardening Team involved in a recent pilot.
The team were encouraged to provide their feedback regarding the pilot which brought the team on ride on mowers and handheld equipment together. The majority of the feedback was positive, the team also provided valuable suggestions on how things can be improved or changed, demonstrating great commitment from every individual.
John Phillips (HTS MD) thanked the team and said “You have led the way for us to improve using new technology and introducing different ways of working to promote productivity and teamwork across HTS”
Nicola added “I have received some very positive feedback from residents, the general feeling is the new way of working is bringing benefits to Harlow DC, HTS and more importantly our residents”
